Return & Refund Policy

At Parental Adv.sory, all products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because of this, we aim to keep our return policy fair, simple, and transparent for both our customers and our business.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

unworn
unwashed
unused
in original condition
free of damage caused after delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

Refunds

Approved returns will receive a refund for the full purchase price plus applicable sales tax, minus a flat restocking fee of $9 per returned item.

Because shipping costs are already included in our product pricing, original shipping costs are considered part of the item price and are not refunded separately beyond the approved return amount.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. No restocking fee will apply for these cases.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

worn or used items
washed items
sale items marked as final sale
limited-edition or exclusive drop items
custom products
items returned outside the 14-day return window
incorrect sizing selected by the customer (please review sizing charts carefully before ordering)
